Tulken Exports is a B2B merchant exporter serving domestic and international markets. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the general terms relating to the shipment and delivery of goods.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed only after:

  • Final confirmation of product specifications.
  • Mutual acceptance of commercial terms.
  • Receipt of agreed advance payment (where applicable).
  • Availability of products from approved suppliers.

Order processing time may vary depending on product type, quantity, customization, and availability.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery schedules provided by Tulken Exports are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Production or procurement schedules
  • Product availability
  • Port congestion
  • Customs clearance
  • Shipping line schedules
  • Airline schedules
  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Public holidays
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Tulken Exports shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

3. Shipping Methods

Depending on the order requirements, products may be shipped through:

  • Sea Freight
  • Air Freight
  • Road Transport
  • Courier Services

The mode of transportation shall be mutually agreed between Tulken Exports and the buyer.

4. Incoterms

International shipments shall be governed by the Incoterms® rules mutually agreed between the buyer and Tulken Exports, such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP, DPU, or DDP, where applicable.

The agreed Incoterm will define the responsibilities, costs, and transfer of risk between the parties.

5. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Buyers are encouraged to arrange suitable cargo insurance where applicable.

6. Inspection

Buyers are advised to inspect goods immediately upon delivery. Any shortages, damage, or discrepancies should be reported promptly with supporting photographs and relevant documentation.

7. Customs & Import Compliance

The buyer shall be responsible for complying with the import regulations, permits, licenses, duties, taxes, and customs requirements of the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tulken Exports shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures or regulatory requirements in the importing country.

8. Force Majeure

Tulken Exports shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
